BALLROOM CHOREOGRAPHY
Ballroom dancing is a comprehensive system, an art, and a sport all at once. Currently, ballroom dancing includes 10 different dances, divided into two programs. In the dance world, dancesport competitions are divided into two categories: the European (Standard) and the Latin American (Latin), sometimes referred to as the "Ten Dances."
The European program includes: Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot, and Quickstep. The Latin American program includes: Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive.
In classes, children learn to work independently and in pairs, strengthen their physical fitness, and develop their character. They enhance their artistry and charisma, and learn to improvise.
JAZZ-MODERN
Jazz-modern is an expressive and diverse dance form born from the fusion of cultures and musical styles—jazz and modern dance. Modern dance, with its deep philosophy, is complemented by the vibrant and free spirit of jazz, while classical training remains its foundation.
Traditional ballet forms have transformed into more liberated styles, characterized by vivid expression and mood. However, they still maintain precise positions and lines of the arms and legs.

Adults can release tension here, learn to interact with their partner, and open up. They can also develop their charisma and artistry, learn improvisation, and gain better control over their bodies. It's a wonderful way to spend time in the company of good people.
A WEDDING DANCE
A wedding, the first dance, enchanting music—it's always a plethora of positive, vibrant, and genuine emotions! The lovers' dance is a centuries-old tradition that has survived to our times. Modern newlyweds still prepare a dance number for themselves and their guests, rehearsing it before the celebration so they can shine in all their glory before each other and their guests.
The first dance of the newlyweds is a celebration of feelings, romance, passion, and tenderness all at once, with dynamic and smooth lines. It's hard to imagine a celebration without this colorful moment now! It's an important and memorable event that the bride and groom will cherish for a lifetime. It marks the birth of a new star called "Family" and the realization of a new status—"husband" and "wife." That's why many couples approach the choice of style and music with great care, tenderness, and responsibility.
CONTEMPORARY DANCE
Contemporary dance is the ability to control the power of your body, manage its capabilities, and embody them in dance. It evolved from modern and postmodern styles, retaining elements of ballet. It combines familiar dance positions with floor work. Contemporary dance involves a variety of body techniques, synthesizing Eastern techniques, classical Western dance, breath work techniques, and mindfulness. In classes, techniques from William Forsythe, Jose Limón, Merce Cunningham, release-based techniques (Joan Skinner), flying low technique (David Zambrano), and others are studied.
